Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we’re unable to accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@novivraglobal.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos, and we'll work quickly to make it right.

Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis once the issue is reviewed. When applicable, approved replacements or refunds require items to be unused and in original packaging.
